Built on conviction.
Backed by protection.
Nexovault was founded with a single belief: that enterprise security and workforce technology must be built on genuinely proprietary, defensible foundations.
"We built Nexovault because enterprises deserve security and workforce technology that is genuinely proprietary — not repackaged open source."
Nexovault was founded with a single conviction: the most critical enterprise infrastructure — security and people — deserves technology built on defensible, registered intellectual property, not commodity software that any competitor can copy.
Our platform integrates three formally registered IP assets into a single AI-powered engine. Every client who deploys Nexovault gains access to technology that is legally protected and operationally unmatched — a combination no other vendor in this space can offer.
We serve telecoms, financial institutions, healthcare organisations, and government bodies globally — serving clients across telecoms, finance, healthcare, and government worldwide.
Every architectural decision starts with security. We do not trade protection for convenience — ever.
Our clients know exactly what data is collected, how it is protected, and where it resides. No black boxes. No surprises.
Built by engineers, for engineers. Our roadmap is driven by technical innovation and real operational need.
Managing people well is itself a form of enterprise security. A well-managed workforce is your strongest operational defence.
Our registered designs and copyright are the technical foundation of every capability — real protection for real clients.
We build for the decade, not the quarter. Every technology decision is made with durability in mind.
"Every enterprise I studied was running three separate tools for security, encryption, and workforce management — each with its own vendor, its own contract, its own dashboard. The gaps between them were exactly where breaches happened and operational failures occurred. That's the problem I set out to solve."
Manoj Parasa is the Founder and CEO of Nexovault. His journey began not in a boardroom but in deep technical research — studying how enterprise security failures actually happen. What he found was a pattern: organisations weren't failing because they lacked security tools, they were failing because their tools didn't talk to each other. A security event would go undetected by the workforce system. A workforce anomaly would never reach the encryption layer. The fragmentation was structural, and it was costing enterprises billions.
Manoj's conviction was that the only real solution was integration at the foundational level — not an API connector bolted between three SaaS products, but a single AI engine that natively shared signals across all three domains simultaneously. He spent years developing and formally registering the intellectual property that now powers Nexovault: two UK Registered Designs and a Canadian Copyright covering the core technical innovations in cyberattack detection, AI workforce management, and data encryption.
Those registrations — granted by the UK Intellectual Property Office and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office — represent something rare in enterprise software: genuinely owned technology. Not licensed. Not forked from open source. Not repackaged from a third-party SDK. Nexovault's capabilities are legally protected across 180+ countries through the Berne Convention, giving every enterprise that deploys the platform a technology foundation that no competitor can legally replicate.
