By accessing or using the Nexovault platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including enterprise clients, trial users, and visitors.
Nexovault provides an AI-powered enterprise security and workforce intelligence platform, including cyberattack detection, data encryption, and employee management capabilities. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS) and may include on-premise deployment options for enterprise clients.
The Nexovault platform is built on registered intellectual property, including UK Registered Designs and Canadian Copyright. All platform content, features, functionality, code, designs, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Nexovault Inc.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, notify us of any unauthorised use, and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Subscription fees are billed in USD on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Nexovault reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexovault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
